At Sacred Soul, all products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors or change of mind.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong print)

To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order through our contact page, including your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
